Hi Steve,
I have just viewed your photoes of the Red Kites at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre. Stunning pictures. I particularly enjoyed see the photoes showing the crows ‘bombing’ the red kite – presumably to stop the red kite stealing their eggs or young chicks.

Hi Sue, Sorry for the really late reply, I can only apologise. You are correct, the Corvids generally try to chase the Kites, or any other Raptor away as protection. Thank you so much for your lovely comments, I have recently added in some more galleries so please enjoy them. Regards. Steve

Wonderful images of the Wild Dog, I’ve only seen once at Samburu, but love your images. The close up faces are just beautiful, may I ask what lens you used for these. Love the ones with so many Wild Dog in the image. Thank you.

Hello Steve, its Jonathan from Simprint, would just like to say we’ve looked at all your photographs and think they are truly amazing, you really have a God gifted talent.
Me & My Dad (Bernard) would love to meet up with you one time and have a chat, just let us know the dates when your going to be around the wolf watch sanctuary and we can plan around when your going to be there…if that fails you are always welcome to pop in for a brew if your around Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Take care,
Jonathan & Bernard Dunwoodie

Hi Sharon, I am so sorry that I have not replied to your query before now. I have no excuses, I just missed your comment when I went through my mail. I always travel with a long lens now a 180-400 with built in convertor giving me 530mm at the long end and a 70-200. The dog shots were with the Nikon 200-400 which is a great lens but not at distance. Sorry again, Steve Darling
